Buchirita Cocktail
Break out your piñata, eat all the tacos, and whip up this sweet, tart Buchirita!
Cinco de Mayo is an excellent excuse to be festive in May, complete with authentic Mexican food, ice-cold cerveza, and, of course, tequila – which reigns king on this special day of celebration.
While there are plenty of cocktails you could create with tequila, there’s no way we’re passing up a margarita. This year, shake things up and elevate your margarita-making by adding some probiotic flair to your drink – with kombucha!
Break out your piñata, eat all the tacos, and whip up this sweet, tart Buchirita!
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Reposado Tequila
2 oz. Buchi Kombucha Seed
2 oz. Buchi Kombucha Legacy
¼ oz. Lime Juice
Lime Wedge, for garnish
Salt, for rim (optional)
METHOD
1. Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass
2. Pour over ice
3. Garnish with a lime wedge, and salt rim of glass (optional but recommended!)
