Fall Kombucha Overnight Oats
Give yourself a gift that nourishes
Prepare a gift for your morning self. One that will nourish, fulfill, and provide joy during a jarring crisp Winter morning. There's no better feeling than harvesting seeds planted prior—in this case, it takes the form of tasty overnight oats with fall flavors of cinnamon and apple. We love adding a splash of delicious kombucha for some extra probiotic gut goodness ❤️
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 medium apple, or 1 small apple, grated (with skin on)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup kombucha (legacy or sovereign maybe?)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain and natural
- large pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- topped with sliced almonds
METHOD
- Layer all ingredients together in a jar of your choosing.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
