An Elevated Immune-Boosting Mocktail

Beat the cycle of immune depletion by feeding your body elevated, whole foods that are known to support your immune system. From the immune-boosting power of Kefir Soda (packed with digestive enzymes and probiotics) and Lion's Mane, to antioxidant-rich turmeric and blueberries, this recipe combines plants and herbs that are not only good for you, but taste incredible together. Now that's something we can toast!

Tip: There are lots of wonderful medicinal herbs and extracts that you could add, or substitute in this drink recipe. For example, any berry would be a fine swap, if you aren’t a blueberry fan or don’t have any in your fridge. And, if you don’t have Lion’s Mane, feel free to be creative and try out other extracts you might have readily available like echinacea or elderberry.
