A mocktail to lift and lighten your spirit

Deep winter. Scatter of stars. The howling of wolves laps the cold mountain ridges. As the moon sheds its shadow night by night, and reminds us that brighter days are ahead, we invite you to try our Howlin’ Wolf Mocktail, which is sure to lift and lighten your spirit.

This spirit-free drink is citrus-forward, with the addition of orange bitters and elevated with orange peel garnish. A splash of Kombucha Air adds a hint of mint, pineapple and echinacea (not to mention, a nice little boost for your gut). And, to top it all off, we added a non-alcoholic spirit, like Seedlip, for even more depth and vibrancy of flavor. You might be tempted to skip this ingredient, but don’t – trust us!

Ingredients

2 oz. Non-alcoholic spirit (like Abstinence Spirits, Seedlip, or similar)
3-4 oz. Buchi Kombucha Air

3-4 Dashes of orange bitters

Orange peel, for garnish

Method

  1. Stir ingredients together with ice in a rocks glass to chill.
  2. Serve with an expressed orange peel.
