Start your day on the right foot with this vibrant, antioxidant and probiotic-filled Blueberry Kale Kombucha Smoothie. It’s nourishing, hydrating, incredibly simple to make, and will leave you feeling like a million bucks. Plus, it can be made with just a handful of ingredients.
1 ¼ cups of kombucha (we recommend Legacy)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of frozen blueberries
½ of a frozen banana
1 handful fresh or frozen kale
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust sweetness, as desired.
